Frequently asked questions
Is the Free tier really free forever?+
Yes. Individuals can verify up to 10 people per month for free, with no credit card required. We may change the limit in the future, but we will never lock the data you have already verified.
When will Pro and Business tiers be available?+
Pro is in active development and we expect to open it in the next few months. Business is on our roadmap after that. Join the waitlist and we will email you as soon as your tier is ready.
How is the Free tier different from Pro?+
Pro removes the 10 verifications / month limit, adds up to 5 team members, custom branding on your verification links, and API access. The cryptography and privacy guarantees are identical across all tiers.
What happens if I exceed the 10 verifications / month on Free?+
You will be asked to upgrade to Pro. We will never silently drop or fail your verifications — if you hit the limit, new link creation pauses until next month or you upgrade.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual plans are billed up-front; monthly plans are billed on your signup date.
